Overview

The Field Service Automation Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and enhancing customer experience for Abbott's automation products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Primary automation account contact for technical support.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory environment.
• 2 years of experience interfacing with customers.
• Biomedical experience preferred.
