Manager, Procurement and Contracting (Federal Contracts) - Remote

In Short

• Lead the Procurement & Contracting function, ensuring compliance and supporting internal teams.
• Administer and maintain company acquisition policies and guidelines.
• Interface with Accounting for contract-specific compliance.
• Assist Business Development with analyzing RFPs and contract terms.
• Advise on U.S. Government contract administration process.
• Establish working relationships and coordinate stakeholder input.
• Remain current with procurement changes impacting U.S. Government contracts.
• Ensure contract closeouts and maintain compliance files.
• Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Support government agency audits as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years in government contracting and procurement, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Skilled in corporate procurement activities and contractual obligations.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
• Knowledge of fixed price, time & materials, and cost-type contracts.
• Experience with Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
