Overview

The Global Credit Finance Loan Operations team is seeking a Loan Servicing Unit Associate to provide operational support within the GCF division. This role involves servicing credit facilities, processing cash transfers, and conducting reconciliations, with a hybrid work model available.

• Provide operational support to the Global Credit Finance division.
• Service credit facilities on the Bank’s loan accounting system.
• Process cash transfers and perform reconciliations.
• Work in a hybrid model, balancing home and office work.
• Review transactional documentation and process transactions.
• Initiate cash movements via internal transfer and Fed wire/SWIFT.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and document discrepancies.
• 3+ years of experience in loan operations and servicing support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under deadlines.
