In Short

• Build a national Insurance practice from the ground-up.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients.
• Develop a go-to-market strategy for the Insurance industry.
• Drive practice revenue and growth.
• Acquire new Insurance industry clients quarterly.

• Lead and develop team members.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Data & Analytics consulting.
• Deep network in Financial Services at the executive level.
• Subject Matter Expert in Financial Services.
• Strong technical foundation in data & analytics.
• Experience building a practice in a growing consulting firm.
• Proven success as an Engagement Manager with significant revenue achievements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively drive success.
• Excellent communication skills for proposals and presentations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred location is Chicago, but open to remote candidates in the U.S.
