In Short

• Build and maintain taxonomies for candidate and job attributes.
• Extract and normalize entities from resumes and job descriptions.
• Develop and refine retrieval, ranking, and scoring methods.
• Refine proprietary scoring algorithms for candidate-job compatibility.
• Conduct analyses to identify patterns in successful hires.
• Implement innovative NLP solutions for hiring language.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines.
• Build entity resolution systems across multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with the product team for technical solutions.
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle from experimentation to deployment.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
• Proven track record in NLP and working with LLMs.
• Experience with data engineering tools and cloud platforms.
• Strong background in entity resolution and data matching.
• Building and maintaining ontologies.
• Choosing methods based on cost, latency, and accuracy tradeoffs.
