In Short

• Lead the development of the iOS mobile application using React Native.
• Convert and optimize existing React web applications for mobile platforms.
• Implement key features such as daily reflection systems and reward mechanisms.
• Contribute to the development of various portals, including counselor, parent, and teacher interfaces.
• Collaborate with the core team to ensure a consistent user experience across platforms.
• Serve as the technical lead for medium-sized projects and contribute meaningfully to larger projects.
• Mentor other engineers and assist the team in arriving at optimal solutions.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React and React Native.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Familiarity with MUI (Material-UI) components.
• Understanding of modern deployment practices (Heroku, Vercel).
• Experience with mobile app development and App Store deployment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly prototype new ideas and write good test plans.
• Proven track record of setting measurable goals and consistently meeting them.
