Intelligence Division Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

Sqope Intelligence is looking for a fully remote Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Division. The Project Coordinator will serve as an integral part of this team, acting as a liaison between our sales teams and intelligence division, as well as with our investigative network.

In Short

• The role is multi-faceted and includes conducting preliminary research on a subject of investigation.
• Determining the requirements for the research project.
• Building custom outlines for bespoke projects.
• Coordinating between the intelligence division, external providers, and the sales team.
• Clearly organizing and communicating the scope of projects, expectations, and delivery times.

Requirements

• Proven analytical and research skills with a general understanding of and interest in OSINT.
• Experience in managing a wide variety of stakeholders, including both internal and external.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
• Experience and comfort using project management software and other IT tools.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• An out-of-the box approach to problem solving.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) with other languages a plus.
