You’ll serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and clients — tracking projects from kickoff through delivery, maintaining clear documentation, logging service tickets, and fielding entry‑level help desk requests. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands‑on IT experience, build strong client relationships, and grow into a multifaceted project management professional in the IT space.

In Short

• Create, maintain, and organize project documentation (project plans, status reports, knowledge base articles)
• Log, triage, and track support tickets in our ticketing system
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables; update stakeholders on progress
• Follow up proactively with clients to gather requirements, share status updates, and ensure satisfaction
• Respond to entry‑level end‑user service desk requests (password resets, basic troubleshooting, software installations)
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers with clear, concise summaries
• Continuously improve internal processes by identifying opportunities for standardization and automation
