In Short

• Lead the SQLI project team and act as the main operational contact for the client.
• Ensure the team is organized and on track for successful sprints.
• Responsible for project delivery including planning, organization, execution, and decision-making.
• Organize and facilitate planning meetings and retrospectives.
• Conduct continuous improvement activities and eliminate obstacles faced by the team.
• Define and monitor project indicators (Burndown, Burnup, Bug, Satisfaction).

Requirements

• Bac+5 Engineering School education (or equivalent).
• Experience working on Data-related topics.
• Experience in Agile (SCRUM).
• A technical background is a plus.
• Ability to understand business challenges and to challenge them.
• Ability to perform SQL queries and checks on Data.
• Understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Analytical skills.
• Good communication and listening skills, with a pedagogical sense for coordination.
