Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accurate, insightful, and timely analysis to help decision-making within the company.

• Receive and develop briefs from Client Lead.
• Maintain analytics data views for accurate reporting.
• Combine internal data with other sources for a holistic view.
• Participate in daily ceremonies and events.
• Embody an Agile mindset and culture.
• Provide timely analysis to aid decision-making.
• Improve processes through efficiencies and best practices.
• Contribute to an analytics roadmap for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SQL and large data sets.
• Familiarity with GitHub.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R is a bonus.
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI) is a bonus.
• Good experience with Excel and MS Office.
• Degree in Mathematics/Statistics or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Telecoms-industry experience desirable.
