Overview

The Client Success Delivery, Sr. Specialist- Marketing Services is responsible for leading the daily delivery and execution for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of technical and creative projects to ensure successful client outcomes.

• Oversee workload of junior associates.
• Work closely with cross-functional departments.
• Attend and participate in client calls and manage status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in advertising, client management, or project management in a SAAS environment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Minimal travel may be required.
• Advertising knowledge or experience preferred.
