Overview

The Client Success Specialist is a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing the client experience through direct client interactions, providing support for retirement plan questions.

• Monitor support queue and classify client inquiries.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in a client service role.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• 1-2 years experience with cloud-based CRM platforms preferred.
• Proficient reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.
