Sprout Social is looking to hire a Sales Recruiter for our Recruitment Team.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes focusing on entry-level sales.
• Conduct high-volume phone screens and manage applicant volume.
• Close candidates by navigating offer negotiations.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for the business.
• Communicate and solve challenges with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage data in recruitment tools with high integrity.
• Participate in recruitment-related projects for process improvements.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Work with internal functions for effective onboarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Success in sourcing and closing entry-level talent.
• Track record of owning the recruiting process and meeting hiring goals.
