Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a Team Lead role managing remote teams.
• 4+ years of experience with Node.js in backend development.
• Experience with high-traffic platforms and scalable systems.
• Comfortable operating outside managed cloud environments.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Communicative level of English (B2).
