Sprinter Health is seeking a highly organized and detailed Travel Scheduler to manage travel coordination for mobile phlebotomists and clinicians across the US. This is a temporary role focused on ensuring smooth travel logistics for the team.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end travel coordination for Sprinters.
• Coordinate travel for short-term and long-term assignments.
• Source lodging and meeting spaces for training events.
• Create and distribute detailed itineraries for travel assignments.
• Act as the first line of support for travel-related issues.
• Communicate itineraries and changes clearly to team members.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience coordinating complex travel agendas.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with project management platforms like ClickUp or Asana.
