Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Connecticut.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner License in Connecticut.
• Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Pass national background check and clinical license verification.
