Bilingual Family Engagement Assistant - Remote

Overview

The part-time Bilingual Family Engagement Assistant will support Spanish-speaking families in enhancing their child's at-home learning and development, contributing to increased family engagement.

In Short

• Part-time remote position requiring 30-40 hours/month.
• Assist with family engagement and operationalize support practices.
• Deliver weekly virtual family workshops and record videos in Spanish.
• Support partner sites with team-building huddles.
• Provide feedback based on observations of family workshops.
• Must have advanced fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience translating between English and Spanish is required.
• Reliable access to a laptop and internet connection is necessary.
• Availability in late afternoon to early evening hours on at least 2 days/week.
• This role is not benefits-eligible and has a fixed pay rate.
