Principal Data Engineer & Product Lead - Remote

• This is a fully remote position.
• Looking for a Principal Data Engineer & Product Lead to support Professional Services team.
• Responsible for building tailored analytics and data integrations.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Client Success, and Product teams.
• Design, build, and maintain custom SQL queries and data pipelines.
• Support onboarding of new clients by integrating their data sources.
• Build dashboards and reports for clients using BI tools.
• Ensure data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Document processes to support scale and repeatability.
• Provide analytical insights to clients.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and scripting languages like Python.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools like QuickSights or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and manage client expectations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Experience in SaaS, MarTech, or loyalty/CRM platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field.
