Overview

The Project Manager, Beyond Insights will support the reporting and analytics function by coordinating timelines, workflows, and communication across internal teams and external partners in a remote-first digital media agency.

• Coordinate BI reporting and analytics delivery phases.
• Manage recurring reporting cycles ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead internal and external status meetings.
• Serve as the primary liaison between BI, Client Services, and Data Engineering.
• Track incoming data deliveries and maintain organized records.
• Manage communication with external data partners.
• Anticipate workflow bottlenecks and drive proactive solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within pharma or healthcare media.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or Jira.

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of media data workflows.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
• Comfortable with data discussions and analytics workflows.
• Success in managing workflows across technical and non-technical teams.
• Preferred experience with HCP or DTC pharmaceutical data.
• Familiarity with data structures and reporting schemas.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
