Overview

As a Principal Software Engineer at Spreetail, you will lead a cross-functional team to build and scale data-driven platforms that enhance decision-making for numerous vendors while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

Lead the development of the Brand Experience Platform (BEx).
Build scalable backend systems and improve front-end experiences.
Enhance UI/UX by implementing data consistency and reducing latency.
Drive measurable business impact through scalable solutions.
Utilize AI technologies to accelerate development and automate testing.
Foster a culture of experimentation and quick MVP implementation.
8-12 years of software engineering experience required.
Full-stack experience in Python, SQL, Node.js, and React.
Experience with AWS infrastructure is beneficial.
Strong collaboration skills with non-tech stakeholders.

Requirements

8-12 years in software engineering.
Experience in platform ownership or growth-stage environments.
Full-stack experience with Python, SQL, Node.js, and React.
Experience in data platform engineering and AWS.
Ability to manage ambiguity and fast iteration cycles.
Prior experience with reporting or workflow automation platforms is a plus.
A nice to have is Java experience.
