Principal Python Developer - Remote

Overview

Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. As a Principal Software Engineer, you’ll lead a cross-functional team to build and scale Spreetail’s Customer Experience offerings to improve customer retention, decrease various leakages in returns/refunds, and increase automation of very manual processes.

In Short

• Build and lead a high-velocity engineering team that owns P&L outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in an engineering leadership capacity.
• Strong backend/systems background and full-stack experience.
• Applied NLP experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM or B2C/eCommerce helpful.
• Comfortable with fast ramp-up, ambiguity, and full ownership of outcomes.
