Requirements

• Proven experience in content marketing and social media, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech industries.
• Strong storytelling skills—able to simplify complex topics and make them engaging.
• Ability to grow and nurture online communities, particularly within technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SEO, social media algorithms, and content distribution.
• Hands-on experience with video production, including editing and scripting.
• Skilled in using analytics tools (GA4, LinkedIn Analytics, HubSpot etc.) to measure impact.
• Confidence both behind and in front of the camera—willing to create engaging video content.
• Excellent English (native level); German is a plus.
