Overview

Spotify is looking for a team member for our Growth team under the Early Career Program! Early Career Program is an immersive 24-month program (2 year contract) that brings early career talent in South Korea to Spotify to learn about the audio business.

In Short

• Implement and roll out the growth strategy to drive subscriber growth in South Korea.
• Engage free users and convert them to paying subscribers.
• Implement marketing campaigns on owned media channels.
• Partner with the team for planning, briefing, and asset creation.
• Understand customer, industry, and competitor trends.
• Optimize subscriber growth along the conversion funnel.
• Work with global internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with consumer marketing and artist partnerships teams.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Media Studies.
• Experience in digital marketing campaigns.
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach.
• Experience with online marketing analysis tools.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
