Overview

The Software Engineering Manager is responsible for developing Spok’s Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solution and Voice Routing product, leading multiple development and QA teams to enhance and innovate solutions to improve customer experience.

In Short

• Lead the development of Spok’s software products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership.
• Experience with cloud-based telephony solutions and SIP trunking.
• In-depth experience with PBX systems (Cisco required).
• 5+ years of management experience in technical support organizations.
• Experience debugging SIP interoperability issues.
• Agile development experience required, SAFE preferred.
• 8+ years of development or testing experience in telephony networks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
