Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Splash Financial is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our growing data team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building robust data models, and helping drive strategic decisions across the business.

In Short

• Building and scaling ETL/ELT workflows using tools like Airflow, dbt, or custom orchestrators.
• Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation, transformation, and performance tuning.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and documentation.
• Leverage Snowflake for scalable and efficient data warehousing solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business units.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, or similar role.
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data models using dbt (data build tool).
• Proficiency with Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouse).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT, and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior analysts as needed.
