Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape innovative, intuitive, and inspiring tools for music creators worldwide. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end design for key product areas—from discovery and concepting to polished, production-ready experiences, balancing user needs with business goals.

In Short

• Envision the next generation of user interfaces and experiences for Spitfire Audio products
• Sketch, wireframe, prototype, design, and deliver high-fidelity visuals and interactions
• Facilitate design projects from problem definition to production and beyond
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and others to drive projects forward
• Leverage UXR and analytics to validate and evaluate design solution effectiveness
• Participate and provide feedback in design reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer
• Proficiency with DAW-based music production
• Demonstrated ability to turn abstract ideas into high-quality designs
• A portfolio showcasing a history of high-quality work
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and problems being solved
• Ownership of work and attention to detail
• Humble and ready to provide and receive actionable feedback
