Overview

As a Customer Solutions Engineer at Spirion, you will play a critical role in driving company revenue by partnering with Technical Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to increase customer adoption and utilization of our technology and solutions.

In Short

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and lead technical presentations.
  • Scope and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) projects.
  • Partner with the enablement team for successful sales.
  • Analyze customer data for insights and optimization.
  • Assist in the transition from sales to professional services.
  • Participate in industry events and field marketing activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of product features and industry trends.
  • Contribute to product development based on customer feedback.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technology role.
  • Proven experience with technology demonstrations and customer engagement.
  • Strong background in software solutions and sales collaboration.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated capability in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with software solutions, cloud platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
