In Short

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases across APIs, webhooks, and backend services
• Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage and shift quality left in the development lifecycle
• Validate the integrity and performance of data across systems, especially MongoDB and other document stores
• Analyze API response times, error rates, and regressions as part of performance testing
• Manage QA automation scripts and documentation using Bitbucket and Git workflows
• Contribute to CI/CD processes by integrating automated tests into pipelines
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with product managers and developers
• Document, report, and track bugs—ensuring clear communication and timely resolution

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in QA or test automation roles
• Comfortable working across manual and automated testing environments
• Experience with JavaScript-based testing and tools like Postman, ApiDog, or similar
• Familiar with MongoDB and validating data in document-based systems
• Use Git and Bitbucket for version control and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Thrive in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and enjoy solving root-cause problems
• Excited to work with AI tools to improve test velocity and impact
