Brand Production Designer - Remote

We are seeking a Brand Production Designer to join our team and help elevate our brand across various external-facing assets.

In Short

• Own design tasks from multiple teams including Marketing, Sales, and HR.
• Champion and protect the brand's visual identity across all outputs.
• Design and maintain scalable brand systems and templates.
• Ensure production excellence in all design formats.
• Build and curate a centralized asset library.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance visual communication.
• Continuously improve the brand toolkit with new templates and guidelines.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic or brand design.
• Strong fundamentals in design principles and attention to detail.
• Confidence in designing across multiple formats and channels.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with email tools is a plus.
