Overview

The Quality Engineer at Boeing Sheffield is responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet the highest quality standards by developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Assurance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with measurement and inspection tools.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • 5+ years of experience in precision manufacturing is preferred.
