Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Associate or Experienced Airframe Integration & Verification Engineer to join our team working on the T-7 platform in the St. Louis, MO region. The successful candidate will lead integration and verification activities of airframe systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Lead integration and verification of airframe systems testing activities.
• Participate in flight test readiness reviews and test plan development.
• Coordinate with Flight test POCs for test execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze test data and recommend design improvements.
• Support development of airframe specifications and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and team members.
• Participate in design reviews for testability and manufacturability.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Develop relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in airframe integration and verification.
• Strong knowledge of airframe systems and structures.
• Experience with test planning and data analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with T-7 platform is preferred.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to aircraft design.
• Proficient in engineering tools for modeling and analysis.
