Junior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

Spear Education is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience across our digital ecosystem. As a key member of our design team, you’ll collaborate with product owners and developers to create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for various devices and platforms.

In Short

• Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
• Leverage and contribute to Spear’s design system.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows.
• Conduct user research and testing.
• Analyze customer data and behavior.
• Stay current with design trends.
• Support the creation of scalable UI elements.
• Ensure accessibility compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with design systems.
• Basic knowledge of user research methods.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (preferred).
