Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

Sparx Hockey is seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A professional to lead key financial functions across B2C, B2B, and commercial business, focusing on forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.

In Short

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Build and refine financial models for planning.

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Shopify.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Experience in consumer products or omnichannel environment preferred.
