Overview

Spalding Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support a team of software developers implementing solutions following Agile principles for the Department of Defense.

In Short

• Support a team of software developers in Agile practices.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage Scrum boards in Jira.
• Communicate with the scrum team, customers, and management.
• Gather and present scrum team metrics.
• Mentor the scrum team on agile practices.
• Assist with customer requirements and user story development.
• Resolve impediments for the scrum team.
• Provide status updates at weekly Product Demos.
• Onboarding may require occasional on-site visits for local candidates.

Requirements
