The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing developers, ensuring adherence to development standards, and participating in the technical direction of the agency while supporting the digital transformation of the Ministry of Armed Forces.

Requirements

Strong technical and managerial experience.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Gitlab.
Experience with project management tools like Jira.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong organizational and pedagogical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
