Overview

As an intern at SBS, you will be integrated into the Human Resources team, supporting the legal manager in social law matters.

In Short

• Daily support to operational managers on social law issues.
• Advising on disciplinary procedures and contract terminations.
• Support on social law disputes in collaboration with lawyers.
• Drafting legal notes on various topics.
• Conducting legal monitoring and adapting it for operational use.
• Participating in the creation of training materials on social law.
• Assisting in preparing meetings for employee representative bodies.
• Participating in collective negotiation meetings.

Requirements

• Law student seeking an internship in social law.
• Previous internship experience in social law is preferred.
• Dynamic, rigorous, and organized.
• Strong service orientation and willingness to engage in legal matters.
• Responsive with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
