Overview

The Consultant SIRH will join the HR Transformation team to define and support clients in their change management strategies, focusing on performance enhancement and digital transformation.

• Join the HR Transformation team at Sopra HR Software.
• Define and support clients in change management strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in change management.
• Knowledge of HR Access and/or Pléiades is a plus.
• Passionate about human resources and teamwork.
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within France.
