Chargeback Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Chargeback Business Analyst plays an important role helping in managing, analysing, and improving chargeback and showback processes. This role involves ensuring accurate cost allocation, proven data quality, driving transparency, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

In Short

• Develop, implement and manage the showback and chargeback processes.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with data quality standards across all chargeback processes.
• Support the Finops manager in the implementation of standards and governance framework.
• Analyse potential chargeback impacts from operational or functional changes.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on chargeback/showback processes.
• Act as point of contact for chargeback-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate chargeback documentation for processes and key metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial topics and analysis, chargeback processes, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of CMDB data models (legacy and Cloud based).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in service-driven organizations or shared services is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel tools or BI usage.
• Experience in Agile tools: boards management such as Kanban, scrum, etc.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
• EU citizenship.
