Manager of Operations - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Operations will oversee and coordinate the daily administrative, financial, HR, and compliance operations of soonami. This role ensures smooth internal processes, accurate financial and HR reporting, and consistent communication between external service providers, the leadership team, and employees.

• Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of German administrative and tax requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
