Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern with an interest in corporate transactional law to join our dynamic legal team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
• Completed coursework in contract drafting/negotiating preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous legal internship or work experience preferred.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
