Manager of Payor Contracting - Remote

Overview

As a dynamic and relationship-driven manager, you will develop, strengthen, and enhance SonderMind’s payor relationships nationwide, within an assigned region. You will lead negotiations with payors and health plans, resulting in favorable reimbursement and contractual language terms.

Requirements

• Minimum BA/BS in Business Administration or related degree.
• Minimum five years experience negotiating payor agreements.
• Knowledge of managed care regulations and laws.
• Experience with alternative payment models.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
• Motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
