Network Administrator - Remote

Overview

The IT Infrastructure team requires a Network Administrator to monitor and provide initial support on a network connectivity framework.

In Short

• Provide initial response to incidents raised by business teams.
• Engage in active monitoring of all connectivity infrastructure components.
• Co-ordinate active handling of incidents raised.
• Contact partner technical support as needed.
• Conduct network technical troubleshooting.
• Transfer ownership of incident co-ordination back to business teams.
• Ensure managed services partner staff are fully onboarded.
• Ensure all tickets are properly managed and closed.
• Ensure accurate reporting of SLA’s and SLO’s.
• Be an active participant in the team.

Requirements

• Experience with Palo Alto Prisma and Firewalls.
• Knowledge of Equinix virtual machines.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
• Strong incident management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in APAC time zone.
