Overview

As a Principal Solutions Architect at Solo.io, you will deliver technical projects that maximize customer value from our offerings, focusing on product onboarding, migrations, and technical problem resolution.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts in EMEA.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Expertise in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and service mesh.
• 1+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Proven track record managing technical relationships with enterprise customers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Comfort with scripting or programming for diagnostics and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
