In Short

• This role reports to the Global Facilities Operations Manager.
• Responsible for reliability of systems supporting facilities globally.
• Manage engineering operational accounts and assist in budget development.
• Support construction and project management efforts.
• Implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors.
• Oversee building systems including HVAC and electrical issues.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer concerns.
• Supervise maintenance staff and monitor projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Predictive/Preventive Maintenance approaches.
• Effective troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to train and supervise employees and contractors.
• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities.
