Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Flavor Industry.
• Strong emphasis on flavor creation and applications.
• Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Ability to lead sizeable technical projects.
• Familiarity with sweet products market trends.
• Positive, self-driven attitude.
• Strong teamwork and customer orientation.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
