Overview

As a Solace Physician, you will build strong relationships and facilitate an unparalleled advocacy experience for our patients, collaborating with healthcare advocates to help them achieve their health goals.

• Learn the Solace systems, tools, technology, partners, and expectations.
• Identify and prioritize patients’ needs and maintain a streamlined care continuum.
• Oversee patient care plans in partnership with healthcare advocates.
• Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine required.
• Active member of an IMLC state and open to acquiring additional licensure.
• Strong clinical skills paired with excellent organizational skills.
• Superior communication skills, with a focus on listening and empathy.
• Comfortable working with elderly patients and individuals facing social determinants of health.
• Technical savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Embrace change and iteration in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
