Overview

Software Mind is seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Tech Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of technology services, understanding Certinia and human capital practices to support, administer, and maintain application enhancements across platforms.

In Short

• Provide support for Resource Management, Staffing, and Time Entry modules.
• Implement application changes related to Talent Management.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with other systems.
• Act as a liaison between human capital and technical teams.
• Provide technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Conduct user training sessions on application functionalities.
• Ensure data integrity and security within applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for application processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English required.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or Certinia.
• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Neutral toward technology and vendor choices, focused on results.
