IBM Db2 Database - Security Specialist (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

This position involves developing innovative software solutions aimed at optimizing the productivity and reliability of Db2-z/OS databases, as well as monitoring and performance optimization tools for Db2 LUW databases.

In Short

• Immediate support for current issues with test customers by recommending minimal Db2 security settings for Java applications.
• Proactive assignment of Db2 security settings from Cobol access to Java access.
• Granting of accesses.
• Recommendations for tailored and trusted context settings ranging from 'read-only Db2' to 'read and write Db2' and 'create objects in Db2'.
• Proactively creating a Db2 instance that simulates 100+ typical Db2 security settings from Cobol customers of large enterprises.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Db2 security settings via Java for enterprise customers is required.
• Development skills in COBOL and Java.
• Knowledge in RACF, ACF2, TOPSECRET, etc.
