Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React+Node.js) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for part-time contractors with a technology stack that is in line with modern requirements and might be considered for any projects in Softjourn that are looking for Senior Full-Stack (React+Node.js) Developers for temporary (or permanent) assignments.

• Part-time position with up to 100% potential availability.
• Work on projects involving RESTful APIs, web applications, and complex front-end interfaces.
• Utilize PostgreSQL and MySQL as databases.
• Projects hosted on AWS.
• Back-end technologies include Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Front-end technologies include React, React Router, and Redux.
• Experience with modern build tools like npm, webpack, and ESLint.
• Comfortable working on both client and server sides of applications.
• Experience with AI integration tools is a plus.
• Mentoring junior developers is encouraged.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js.
• 4+ years of experience with React.
• Advanced TypeScript expertise.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with modern front-end build pipelines.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
• Experience with AWS and containerization technologies.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
