Product Owner/Manager for iGaming - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner/Manager, who will drive the exciting launch of a new iGaming product.

• Full-time cooperation, remote
• Develop Vision: Create and align a mid to long-term product vision with the CEO and senior management.
• Participate in Strategy creation: Oversee product delivery by establishing processes, roadmaps, and strategies.
• Lead Team: Clearly deliver new ideas and the company plans to the development team.
• Market research and competitors analysis.
• Inspire Marketing: Use market, customer, and product data to set consumer metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure Product Excellence: Maintain the highest standards across all products.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve UX.
• Understand payment processes, including fraud and risk management.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in iGaming.
• Experience as a Product Owner for 2 years or more.
• Experience as a Product Manager for 1 year or more.
• Strong command of metrics and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing product strategies.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient level of English (both written and verbal).
• Ukraine — native/fluent level.
